CustomerControl Routes — Transport route management and optimization
Route operations system with a state machine flow, unified stops, geozones and a driver portal.
Routes manages the full lifecycle of a transport service: from planning to verification. It handles trips, drivers, vehicles, stops and passengers with an explicit state machine (pending → en route → completed), so there is never ambiguity about where each service stands.
It is multi-tenant with six specialized roles and validates locations against circular geozones defined per company. It includes a live fleet map integrated with the GPS platform and queued SMS and email notifications.
