CustomerControl is the ecosystem's business management system and the point where day-to-day operations converge: support, field work, invoicing and inventory. It supports multiple companies with superadmin, admin and client roles, and exposes public views so your customers can check tickets, orders and invoices without an account.
Each module ships with its own metrics dashboard, so management sees the real state of the operation without exporting anything to spreadsheets. PDF report generation, Recharts graphs and multi-language support are included.
