How the CustomerControl ecosystem works
Eleven platforms built on the same stack, with TrackeraX as the GPS core and CustomerControl as the operations hub. They share a multi-tenant architecture, authentication and master data.
The core: TrackeraX
TrackeraX is our own GPS platform and the center of the ecosystem. GpsInstall programs and inspects the devices TrackeraX tracks, the CRM bills for them, SimM2M manages their SIMs, Routes uses their positions and Webservice forwards their data to third parties.
Ecosystem layers
Data core (TrackeraX and CustomerControl), operations layer (GpsInstall, Routes and mobile apps), commercial layer (CRM, X Finvy and SimM2M) and integration layer (Webservice and WAFast).
Shared technology stack
Laravel 12 with PHP 8.2+, React 19 over Inertia.js, Tailwind CSS 4, Vite builds, MySQL, Headless UI and Radix UI, Heroicons and Lucide icons, and internationalization with i18next.
