CustomerControl SimM2M — IoT/M2M SIM management and EMnify billing
IoT platform to manage EMnify SIMs with data and SMS quotas, synchronization, deferred operations and technical monitoring.
SimM2M manages the full lifecycle of IoT SIM cards connected through the EMnify REST API. It is built for connectivity operators who need to control subscribers, quotas, billing and annual renewals without entering the provider's panel. Commercially known as KnoxSim.
It covers 31 entities, 47 migrations and more than 46 services. It handles EMnify rate limiting (~2,000 requests every 5 minutes) through deferred operations that retry on their own, so a synchronization spike does not break the operation.
